Tuesday November 25, 1997 4:24 pm	Bates pianist to perform Bates senior Taro Hagiwara, a political science major from Kawanishi, Japan, will give a piano recital at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 8, in the Olin Arts Center Concert Hall, 75 Russell St. The public is invited to attend free of charge.
Tuesday November 25, 1997 4:21 pm	Bates College Chamber Singers to perform The Bates College Chamber Singers, directed by Marion Anderson, will perform traditional music of the Yuletide season in the annual “Celebration of Lessons and Carols” at 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7, in the Bates College Chapel. Wednesday November 19, 1997 9:34 am	Maine Gay Men's Chorus presents 'Christmas can be a DRAG!' The Maine Gay Men’s Chorus will present Christmas can be a DRAG! an evening holiday music to benefit the AIDS Coalition of Lewiston-Auburn, at 8 p.m. Dec. 5 in the Bates College Chapel. Conducted by Edward Reichert and accompanied by David Sherman, the Maine Gay Men’s Chorus will perform traditional favorites, including “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” and “White Christmas” as well as non-traditional, whimsical songs such as “I’m Wishing You a Drag Queen Christmas” and “Coming Out on Christmas.”
