Boston Globe tech blogger Scott Kirsner reports that game development veteran Hank Howie ’81 is the new chief operating officer of Boston game development studio Disruptor Beam.
Howie is the former head of Blue Fang Games (creator of the top selling Zoo Tycoon game) and, more recently, the co-founder of Beach Cooler Games, which produced the mobile game Universal Movie Tycoon.
Disruptor Beam is currently working on an online game tied to the hit HBO series Game of Thrones.
