Welcome back to the Program in Women and Gender Studies.

Two members of the program committee, Rebecca Herzig and Stephen Engel, are on leave this year. Seven faculty members continue to serve on the committee: Myron Beasley, Holly Ewing, Leslie Hill, Sue Houchins, Emily Kane, Melinda Plastas and Erica Rand (chair).

Prospective and current majors and minors should note that WGS 100, the intro course, and INDS 250, the methods course, are offered in the fall, along with a range of offerings across the college.

WGS looks forward to a year of collaborative reflection and action in response to the very productive program review we undertook last year. Look for new developments, and opportunities to shape them, in the year ahead.
