The seminar, “Hard Times: The Economy and Society in the Great Depression,” is taught by Anne Williams, professor of economics. She said that students already have arranged a number of interviews, but that the class is eager to hear about the Depression years from a variety of viewpoints.

The class is working on a project to document the Depression in the Lewiston-Auburn area.
