Friday April 21, 2000 12:57 pm	Retirees recognized at Bates Thirteen Bates employees who have retired or will retire this year were honored at the college’s annual Employee Recognition Luncheon on Friday, April 21. The noon luncheon and awards ceremony were held in the Clifton Daggett Gray Athletic Building. Retirees who have more than 10 years of service to the college received a Bates gift chair. Also recognized at the luncheon were employees observing anniversaries of service to Bates and new employees hired since Commencement 1999.
