Monday March 9, 1998 4:04 pm	Music major to perform thesis concert Bates College senior Nils van Otterloo, a music major from Marblehead, Mass., will perform “The Nexus: a fusion of Indian classical music and Western jazz” at Bates College March 21 at 4 p.m. in the Olin Arts Center Concert Hall. The public is invited to attend free of charge.
Wednesday April 23, 1997 4:15 pm	'Almost an Evening of Jazz' at Bates “Almost an Evening of Jazz,” a concert of jazz standards and original works, will be performed by Sandy Parakilas, Nils van Otterloo and Ethan Rowe at 7:30 p.m. May 5, in the Olin Arts Center Concert Hall, 75 Russell St. The public is invited to attend the free concert.
