Scholar to discuss ethnicity, gender and faith

Alice Brown-Collins of the Black Campus Ministry in Boston will discuss ethnicity, gender and faith in separate talks in the annual Staley Distinguished Christian Scholars Lecture series at Bates. Brown-Collins will discuss “Ethnicity and Faith” at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5 followed by a talk on “Gender and Grace” at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6. Both lectures take place on the second floor of Chase Hall, 56 Campus Ave. The public is invited to attend free of charge.
