Office Services, Senior Print, Copy, Mail Specialist; Lane Hall, Room 1  — Paul is an expert printer by trade. He is our senior specialist in digital print and finishing offerings. He manages our very busy officeservices@bates.edu email job submission process.

Office Services, Director; Lane Hall, Room 5  — Laurie can take your text or images and design and layout for booklets, postcards, brochures and self mailers. Her expertise is in MS Publisher, MS Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat Pro and Illustrator. She provides one-on-one or group application training in MS Publisher, Adobe Acrobat Professional and Illustrator.

Office Services, Print, Mail, Copy Manager; Lane Hall, Room 1 — Ed is our resident technical expert for our software and hardware systems and their maintenance. He is an expert in all of our internal systems and also in mail merges, postal requirements, MS Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Ed also provides training in an individual or group setting.

Office Services, Supervisor of Student Mail Services and Campus Mail Route; Chase Hall, Package Center  — Vinny is the expert on incoming mail and packages for students, faculty and staff. He manages the tracking and distribution of every accountable item we receive. He also sorts the mail, coordinates the campus mail route and picks up outgoing mail.
