Kara Sullivan ’10 of Natick, Mass., and Jay Bladon ’10 of Wayland, Mass., nap and chat on the slack line;
Naomi Crimm ’13 of Wynnewood, Pa., reads Barbara Kingsolver’s “Animal, Vegetable, Miracle” for fun during Short Term.
P.S. — all the costumes you see on students crossing the Quad appear to have been acquired at the following event: WRBC Field Day.
Things we like about short term:
-being outside, especially behind the ronj
-free food
-slip n slides
-WRBC djs playing great music
-water balloons
-tomfoolery
-hoopla
-lots of fun
Lucky for you, Bates community, WRBC 91.5 is hosting a wonderful event Tuesday, May 4, behind the ronj at 4pm with ALL of these things… AND MORE!!!
So, come by, hang out, listen to some jams, eat some food, partake in a coffin race… you get the idea. What could be greater? Nothing.
BE THERE!
