Course Scheduling Grid

Each January, the Curriculum and Calendar Committee solicits “grid” information (the listing of when courses will be scheduled in a given semester) from each department and program chair for the upcoming year. Department and program chairs complete and submit the grids for the following fall, winter, and short term through the Garnet Gateway (the link may be found under the “Course Maintenance” menu).

Dates for submitting grids to the CCC are announced. Below is a copy of the official grid.

  4. Extra session times to be used only: (a) by MWF classes that need to meet regularly four or five times a week, and (b) as a discussion section time by classes with multiple discussion sections.
