On Friday, May 22, the Department of Sociology, with support from the Library and the Dean of the Faculty’s office, hosted a reception to honor and celebrate with Professor Sawyer Sylvester his retirement from active service on the faculty at the end of the 2014-2015 academic year.  Brief remarks were given followed with a time to socialize.
