Bates senior shortstop Mary Lewis was named Second Team All-NESCAC on Thursday, as the New England Small College Athletic Conference announced its all-conference softball teams.
Trinity College completed a sweep of its three-game NESCAC East Division series against the Bates College softball team on Saturday, winning Game 1 9-1 in five innings, then riding Olivia Berry’s leadoff home run in the top of the eighth for a 7-4 win in Game 2.
