Alex Bethel

2007: Started 29 games…. Had 75 at-bats…. Batted 2-3 (two RBIs) and 2-2 in a doubleheader against Fisher College in April.
2005: Started 22 games…Concluded the season with, 62 at-bats, 18 hits, five RBIs with a batting average of .290…. Stole three bases out of three attempts
High School: Bethel was a three-year center midfielder and forward for the varsity soccer team, a three-year guard for the basketball team, and a four-year shortstop for the softball team. Bethel was recognized as an All-Conference player for soccer and softball. She served as captain for all three of her sports. Her merits as an athlete drew recognition to her in the Aspen Times. Academically, Bethel qualified as a member for the National Honor Society.
Personal: Bethel volunteers in Bates Buddies and as a tutor.
