2007: Started eight games and pitched a total of 43 innings…. concluded the season with one win and 17 strikeouts.

2006: Started six games…. Concluded the season with a win over Salem State, nine strikeouts, and a 3.53 earned run average.

High School: Knobel served as a pitcher, shortstop, captain, and four-year letterman for the varisity softball team.  She and her team won the 2005 Bay State Championships, and that year, Knobel received the Coach’s Award for leadership.  Knobel also was a midfield on the soccer team for two years.  The Walpole Times and the Boston Globe interviewed Knobel about her softball career.  Academically, Knobel qualified for the National Honor Society and the honor roll.  She was also a member of the Spanish and Latin clubs.
