Kristin Masino

2007: Started a total of 15 games…. Pitched 90.2 innings and threw 32 strikeouts…. Concluded the season with five wins and a 4.63 ERA…. In April, Masino threw five strikeouts to get the win against Trinity.

2006: Posted a school-record 14 victories against 7 losses, with a 2.92 ERA…. Voted Team MVP…. Logged a school record 21 starts and 122.1 innings on the mound…. Batted .237 with 5 RBIs.

2005: Started 19 games…starting pitcher for 6 games…threw 29 strikeouts…credited with 6 wins…44 at-bats…12 hits…6 runs batted in…batting average: .273

High School: Masino was a four-year pitcher and first baseman on the varsity softball team, a two-year forward on the varsity basketball team, and a one-year runner on the varsity cross-country team.  Masino was selected as a team captain, 1st Team All-Prep member, 1st Team All-Conference member, and Essex County Player of the Year.  As a member of the softball team, Masino was a three-time state champion, a two-time county champion, and a three-time conference champion.  Masino was featured in The Star Ledger, The Leader, and The Observer.
