All fields of this form must be completed to ensure that the Student Employment Office has the necessary information to provide an accurate pay grade for the position.
  • Please provide a description of the position and a list of relevant tasks and responsibilities.
  • Please list required or desired education, experience, skills, program knowledge, certification, and/or training.
  • Please list who the student reports to, and whether or not the student has supervisory responsibilities of their own.
  • Working environment, travel requirements, physical requirements, etc.
