Summary, Scope, and Responsibilities

The Student Assistant will assist in office duties, program preparation, publicity, mailings, research, and general tasks as assigned. Active interest and commitment to the program is desired, with creativity to accompany the interest. Presence and assistance at selected gatherings is required. He or she will also provide occasional assistance to the Associated Chaplains. This job has flexible hours, including some on weekends. The schedule can conform to the student’s schedule for approximately 70% of the hours.

Qualifications, Requirements, and Responsibilities


REQUIRED:Experience: The Assistant to the Chaplain must have typing skills and computer skills. He or she should be a self-starter who is task-oriented. Desired:Experience: WordPerfect and FileMaker Pro are a plus.
