BCO: User Experience (UX) Assistant (S9661C)

Summary, Scope, and Responsibilities

The student in this role will focus on helping us make college communications better, particularly for prospective and current students. S/he will do this through simple user research (e.g. analysis of web survey results) and testing (facilitating weekly usability tests with students of new digital projects), and will lead the development of prospective and current student “user personas” to guide BCO’s future work. 6-20 hours/week. Position duration through fall semester, with possible extension through winter semester and/or Short Term.
