BIO: Animal Care and Greenhouse Worker (for breaks) (S9622B)

Summary, Scope, and Responsibilities

Description:

Animal Colony required daily feeding, and husbandry during holiday breaks.
Taking care of the research animals and water greenhouse.

Feed, water, daily maintenance of equipment. This requires 2 shifts so if 2 students are interested they can split the daily shifts up. This does include Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Year’s Day and weekends. shifts are from 9-11 or 11-1 p.m. or 3-5 or 5-7 p.m. daily.

Daily cleaning and autoclave will need to be done. All students are trained in this. 

Training begins the week of Dec. 15th.

This position is posted for student that are looking of work during the holidays and either live on campus or near campus.


Requirements:

No experience necessary. Honest, responsible, dependable students are needed.
