Summary, Scope, and Responsibilities

Description:

Dance Instructors will teach the above dance classes (Beginning Ballet, Intermediate Ballet, Jazz, and Tap) for Physical Education credit. Teachers must be able to prepare for their own classes. They may use their own music or music can be provided.


 

Requirements:

Instructors must have advanced level technique in their field. They must be able to execute technique and movement with clarity and clearly explain the movement and offer connections to the students as they need them.


 

Responsibilities:

Dance Instructors must have the ability to execute technique and movement with clarity and to clearly explain the movement and offer corrections to the students as needed.
