Summary, Scope, and Responsibilities

The Event Assistant helps the Dean of the Faculty’s staff with special temporary events that happen on campus.

Specific responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

  • Help setup and take down easels, backboards and posters
  • Move tables around
  • Clean up the area after the event
  • Other miscellaneous items that need to be completed relating to the setup or take down of the event
