DIN: Cash Operation Worker (S9612B)
Summary, Scope, and Responsibilities
The Cash Operation Worker will be expected to take orders, run a cash register, brew coffee, cook using a grill, fryer and panini press and stock coolers, rotating product. Cleaning at the end of the shift includes sweeping, mopping and busing tables. Students are also asked to prepare condiments and prep ingredients including chopping and slicing vegetables, etc.
This student will undergo knife and sanitation training. A desired experience in service such as wait staff or short order cooking is optimal.
- Work in a small work space and take on fast paced periods
- Be able to work in a hot environment and multi-taks
- Be able to operate: knives, cooking utensils, fryalator, grill, panini press, dish machine, coffee brewers, and register
