DESIRED: EDUCATION: Knife handling and sanitation training is required. EXPERIENCE: Some skills with knives and/or food handling



ENVIRONMENT: Inside, kitchen areas TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Kitchen Workers must be able to stand for long periods of time, bending and cutting. MACHINES & EQUIPMENT USED: Hand tools, knives, and food carts
