DIN: Office Assistant (S9878B)
Summary, Scope, and Responsibilities
The Office Assistant will make posters and signs, type memos, perform data entry, fax, and do odd jobs. He or she will also be asked to do paperwork, sort mail as needed, and to maintain the Bates Facebook page. Occasionally, he or she will be asked to perform other tasks related to special events.
The Office Assistant must have computing skills and specifically be familiar with PC, Microsoft Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Publisher, and Facebook.
