HCCP: Assistant (S9863B)

Summary, Scope, and Responsibilities

Because of the scope and nature of the Harward Center, the Student Assistant needs to possess the ability to take a project from start to completion without specific input from other Harward Center staff and therefore must be a self-starter.  He or she must also be task-oriented and reliable. It is likely that the pace of the Center will require the student to manage his/her own time. In addition, and as time permits, the Student Assistant will assist all Harward Center staff through general administrative support such as copying, filing, posting, typing, and data entry. The position will require the student to work closely with different programs within the Harward Center, including the Service-Learning Program, the Volunteer Program, the Bates Morse Mountain Conservation Area and Coastal Center at Shortridge, and the Events Coordinator.
