HCCP: Student Project Coordinator (S9619C)
Summary, Scope, and Responsibilities
The Harward Center Student Project Coordinator will be largely responsible for managing several projects at one time and therefore must have the ability to multi-task and work independently without ongoing supervision. He or she must also be a self-starter.
Specific responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
- The Student Coordinator is responsible for the publicity of the Harward Center through media placements, work with the Harward Center Student Photographer and submitting related news items and photographs to local and national publications for inclusion.
- The Student Coordinator will also be responsible for the development of marketing strategies and materials for the Harward Center such as an electronic newsletter.
- He or she will also work on the creation and maintenance of the HCCP student portal and ongoing maintenance of the Harward Center website.
- Work with HCCP student cohort and the community-based research fellows group.

Requirements
REQUIRED:
EDUCATION: Bates student
EXPERIENCE: The Student Coordinator must have experience with publicity and marketing.
Reporting
REPORTS TO: Administrative Assistant and Associate Director of the Harward Center
COORDINATES/WORKS CLOSELY WITH: All programs and staff within the Harward Center as well as community and faculty partners.
