Summary, Scope, and Responsibilities
Curatorial Interns are responsible for independent research for exhibition development. Interns must demonstrate knowledge of proper handling and storage techniques for art.
Specific responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
- Database management
- Scholarly research and writing
- Exhibition design and installation

Qualifications, Requirements, and Responsibilities
Interns must have an art history background, or equivalent. They must also be computer-literate, and demonstrate solid writing ability. Previous museum experience is a definite plus.
Curatorial Interns report to Anthony Shostak and work closely with museum staff and other student interns.
Interns work in the Museum of Arts. Interns frequently use standard office technology, as well as digital cameras.
