Summary, Scope, and Responsibilities

Office Assistants are expected to greet anyone who comes to the front office of the Olin Arts Center. Primary responsibilities are monitoring building procedures and being attentive to security precautions. Some general duties will include, answering the telephone, handling the key system for use of building facilities, taking concert reservations, giving information, some light problem solving, and light administration duties.


The Olin Arts Center Assistant must have an outgoing personality, good temperament, and good communication skills.
