Summary, Scope, and Responsibilities
We are looking for an energetic, responsible individual who can work independently in a confidential setting. He or she may assist with all aspects of office administration, but primary duties will be photocopying, scanning, and running errands. Student must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and must be able to prioritize and complete assignments in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy. A good sense of humor and easy going manner is a must.
Specific responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
The Student Specialist will be responsible for department’s photocopying and scanning needs, as well as occasional errands and assignments.

Requirements
DESIRED: EXPERIENCE: PC software, answering phone in a professional setting, photocopying, scanning, faxing, data entry, word processing, filing.
REQUIRED:
EDUCATION: High School
EXPERIENCE: Comfortable with a variety of office machines

COORDINATES/WORKS CLOSELY WITH: Faculty and staff
Responsibilities
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The Student Specialist may be asked to do errands around campus.
