The Office Assistant will provide general office assistance to the Director, Administrative Assistant and Business Manager.

 

Specific responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

  • Research assignments
  • Mailings
  • Filing
  • Other clerical tasks
  • Some event management duties

Responsibilities


ENVIRONMENT: Hectic/Busy TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: The Office Assistant will be expected to do some traveling to local sites. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The Office Assistant must be able to lift and move materials for contest setups. MACHINES & EQUIPMENT USED: Computer, copier, fax, and phone
