Summary, Scope, and Responsibilities
Supervision of the Underhill Arena while rental groups are using the facility. Responsible for checking in rental groups and supervising them while they are on the ice.
Specific responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
- Checking groups in and out of the locker rooms
- Monitoring spectators
- Distribution of ice pucks for the rental groups
- Responsible for notifying security when the arena should be locked

Requirements
REQUIRED:
EDUCATION: High School Diploma/Preference given to college seniors
EXPERIENCE: GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, ABILITY TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC.
Reporting
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Responsible for supervising the rental groups that use the Underhill Ice Arena
•Responsible for making sure the groups have what they need
•Checking locker rooms and supervising the lobby area while groups are waiting to go on to the ice
•Checking to make sure all groups are using the correct protective gear for hockey
