CHEM: Summer Aquarium Technician (S9989B)
Summary, Scope, and Responsibilities
The aquarium technician will be primarily responsible for maintenance of a 125 gallon salt water reef tank from June 15 to August 15, 2009. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in the marine ecosystem and extreme attention to detail. Job responsibilities include daily feedings (Monday through Friday) and a weekly water change and tank cleaning. Experience with salt water aquariums is preferred but not required. Hours are flexible.
Specific responsibilites include, but may not be limited to:
- Weekly 10% water change and tank cleaning.
- Daily feedings
- Daily equipment check
