Volunteers in Your Area

The Bates Fund has a large community of over 500 volunteers for the current fiscal year. Parent and alumni volunteers live throughout the United States and around the globe. Although Bates Fund volunteers may work on separate committees or live in different countries, they all share one common goal.

Bates Fund Volunteer Regional Events

The regional events are a great opportunity to meet fellow volunteers, reconnect with friends, make new ones, and hear from some current students about what’s happening on campus. As a special bonus, some of our top Class Agents will share their secrets, and the Garnet Gateway system will be explained for those new to the Online Tool.

The first regional event for Bates Fund volunteers was on February 9th in Boston. We recently held a similar event in Washington, DC. Thank you to all who participated; we are energized by your enthusiasm.
