2012: Captured IWLCA All-Region honors, following an excellent sophomore campaign that included 17 goals and seven assists, ranking third on the Bobcats in points (24), up from 10 last season. Pierce was fourth on the Bobcats in ground balls (24), third in draw controls (26) and sixth in caused turnovers (11).

2011: Started 7 games at midfield during her freshman campaign…. Finished the season third on the team with 32 groundballs and second on the team with 22 caused turnovers…. Tallied her first collegiate point with an assist against Williams in March…. First multi-point game (two goals, one assist) against Southern Maine in April…. Recorded a goal and an assist against Bowdoin on April 20…. Had one goal against Trinity and one assist against Colby.

High School Athletic Honors: ISL All-League, All American, team captain.
