2007-2008: Ranked 13th in doubles in NCAA Division III Northeast by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association, along with teammate Alexandra Piacquad.  In September in Bates’ 9-0 victory over Southern Maine, Grissa held her opponent scoreless at the top singles position…. At the Bowdoin Round Robin, Grissa and Piaquad downed Colby’s Muto and Alessandra Welker 8-6 as their team took its third victory at the tournament…. At ITA Championships, Grissa  advanced the furthest for the Bobcats; after dropping her initial Singles Championship Bracket match to Middlebury’s Amy Berkman (7-5, 6-2), Grissa won two straight matches in the Consolation Bracket to make the quarterfinals; she topped Wheaton’s Catherine Teague (3-6, 6-4, 1-0[7]) and Smith College’s Diana Fiumefreddo (6-2, 3-6, 1-0[3]) before bowing out to Wellesley’s Meghan Stubblebine (7-5, 2-6, 6-3) in the quarterfinals; Grissa also teamed up with sophomore Piacquad for a victory in the Doubles Championship Bracket, defeating Jen Murphy and Laura Stein of Amherst College 8-6.


High School: Honor roll student… Earned varsity letters in tennis and lacrosse.
