All Health Center consultations and STI test results are totally confidential unless you instruct us otherwise.

Anonymous HIV testing is available at the STD Clinic in Lewiston at 179 Lisbon St.  The STD Clinic is located near the Lewiston Library.  Call 795-4019 to schedule an appointment.  Anonymous HIV testing costs $30.00 and includes pre and post test counseling.  You will be identified by a number only.

Emergency contraception (Plan B) can be obtained at the Health Center within 120 hours of unprotected intercourse.  The Health Center is open 24/7 while school is in session.

You can anonymously purchase safer sex products such as condoms, squares, and lubricant in the Self Care Clinic located on the second floor of the Health Center.

Men's Health

Bernie Vigna, RN, is available to confidentially discuss men's health including general health concerns, contraception options, safer sex, and sexually transmitted infections.  STI testing and treatment is available through the Health Center as well as referrals to our nurse practitioner and physician.  New STI testing procedures require only a urine specimen instead of cultures.  If you would like to see Bernie, please call the Health Center at 786-6199 to see when Bernie is available.  In keeping with our wellness focus, the Health Center encourages testicular self exams and has written guidelines available.
