eRecruiting is an online database managed by the Office of Career Service that lists job and internship postings.  Once you've logged in to eRecruiting, you will have the power to create a personalized profile, upload your resume and cover letter, apply to jobs and internships, and sign up for workshops and other OCS events.

eRecruiting is also the gateway to other OCS subscription sites including Vault's Career Insider which offers industry guides, career overviews, company profiles, salary ranges, industry outlooks and more.  Through eRecruiting you can also access Going Global, Spotlight on Careers and Current Jobs for Graduates - all key resources for a Bates' students career development process. Please log in to your eRecruiting account to find links, usernames and passwords for these and other helpful sites.
