Bates College President Elaine Tuttle Hansen and representatives from Princeton, UCLA and Washington University in St. Louis will be interviewed live on the NBC "Today Show" Oct. 20 in two five-minute segments called "Getting into College ... Today." And don't be surprised to see some Bates friends outside the studio.

Although Bates was unable to secure permission from NBC News to post the segments on the Bates Web site, the entire show will be available on the NBC Web site from 11 a.m. EDT Oct. 20 through October 26 at: www.today.msnbc.com
