Bates College offers aid to international students through the financial aid office located at 44 Mountain Avenue.  

The Office of Career Services has found that the following companies occasionally have loan or scholarship money for specific ethnic groups and/or international students.

• International Education Finance Corporation An International student loan program through a Massachusetts-based company, serving foreign students enrolled in U.S. colleges and universities as well as American students studying abroad or enrolled in foreign colleges or universities.

• Scholarship News Search for scholarships, internships, fellowships, and grants. 
• The Indian American Scholarship Fund IASF provides one time scholarships to high school students entering college.
• American Indian College Fund Scholarship American Indian College Fund provides scholarships, endowments and operating monies to the American Indian community.
