If your organization would like to recruit Bates students beyond simply posting a job or internship, there are several options, including:

On-Campus Interviewing
Employers work with the OCS to arrange dates and times for on-campus information sessions and interviews with students. We will handle scheduling for the employer, and will forward pre-screened resumes, if desired.

Distance Interviewing
Like on-campus recruiting, the OCS can arrange dates and times for interviews with students conducted by distance using Skype technology.

Employer Information Sessions
OCS will arrange and promote information sessions about your organization if a representative would like to visit the Bates campus.
