Requesting Refund of a Credit Balance

If a credit balance is the result of overpayment or the application of financial aid, you may request a refund by completing the Request for Refund Form and returning it to Student Financial Services.  If you do not request a refund, any credit balance will remain on the account to be applied to future charges.

Cost of Attendance and Financial Aid Adjustments

The total of a student's financial aid and loans may not exceed the cost of attendance.  If extra scholarships or loans are received that exceed the cost of attendance, adjustments may be made to the financial aid package.  Contact the Student Financial Services Office to make certain you will still have a credit if extra scholarships or loans are applied to the account.

Adjusting Your Monthly Payment Plan Contract

If you are participating in Tuition Management Systems (TMS) to pay your comprehensive fee on a monthly basis and you discover that the contracted amount is too high or too low you may contact TMS to adjust the contract.
