Q: Well, I love bacon as much as the next guy, which is probably why my cholesterol is pretty bad, is there any way you could offer Turkey Bacon every once in a while? I've seen Turkey Sausage before, and you guys offer the meatless sausage patties pretty regularly - both very good. Thanks.
A: We are adding a turkey bacon to the rotation. It has not been till just

Q: The vegetable chowder makes a great sauce to put on the shepherd's pie...if we could have them in combination more often I think that would be a great addition to the commons dining experience.

Q: The Texas BBQ Brisket was very disappointing. There was a very small amount of edible meat; the large chunks of fat that we were served were unappetizing, distasteful, and just plain disgusting. Maybe we can get leaner cuts of beef, trim the beef a little before cooking, or we could get decent USDA-level beef please? Thanks.

A: There is a meat available at every breakfast. It is either on the line
or part of the make your own omelet option.
