The Facilities Renewal Process is undertaken by Bates staff and faculty members to complete the work of the Campus Facilities Master Plan and extend the planning process to all campus buildings.

High performance building design aspects have been addressed at all stages of the design process for current projects.

The ongoing oversight of implementation has been undertaken by a reorganized Master Planning Steering Committee.
