Q: Would it be possible to get a wider variety of cheese such as Goat cheese or Mozarella Cheese? Also, is it possible to get nuts for the salad bar?
A: We have Mozzarella on the deli bar and because goat cheese is so

Q: I am a newly admitted student for the class of 2011. I subitted the question about the whole wheat products such as pizza. Do you offer whole wheat pizza as an everyday staple? also,do you provise organic milk?

Q: HI, i think it would be great if sometimes there were whole grapefruit out with the oranges and apples and such. That way they could be eaten at times other than the morning and they could be easily taken out as a snack.

Q: I thought it was a bit inconsiderate to serve Noodle Kugel, a traditionally Jewish dessert, on the first night of Passover and at lunch today. During Passover, Jewish people refrain from eating leavened bread products (including pasta). In the future, can you try to serve this Jewish dessert when Jewish people can actually eat it? Thank you.
A: I understand your concerns, but this is a very popular dessert with not
just the Jewish population , but with the rest of the student body as
well. We do not categorize items we serve into religious or ethnic
categories, rather we provide a wide range of options and serve those
things which are popular with the bulk of the student body. Thanks for writing.

Q: Now I'm not complaining about the regular weekday muffins, especially not the pumpkin ones, but there is something about the weekend muffins that make them particularly wonderful. The little bits of sugar on the top, the crusty outside, moist inside - what's different about the way the muffins are made on the weekends?
