Bill Blaine-Wallace
Bill, an Episcopal priest, came to Bates after having served as rector of Emmanuel Church, Boston, for thirteen years. Besides parish ministry, Bill has served as a family therapist, spiritual director and hospice administrator over the course of almost three decades of ministry.
Emily Wright-Timko
Emily is a graduate of Harvard Divinity School and has experience with women's spirituality groups, local and international social justice efforts, and public school teaching. Emily was raised Catholic but now considers her religiosity nontraditional.
Martha S. Deschaines
Martha S. Deschaines works as the office coordinator for the Chaplain's Office and also for the Harward Center for Community Partnerships, directing the Community Volunteerism and Student Leadership Development program.

The Reverend William Cutler is a minister in the American Baptist Church and is the campus staff member for the Intervarsity Christian Fellowship at Bates and the University of Southern Maine. He serves Bates as a volunteer Associated Chaplain. He has special interests in spiritual formation, Bible study, and group fellowship.

Rabbi Hillel Katzir
Rabbi Hillel Katzir is the spiritual leader of Temple Shalom Synagogue-Center in Auburn. Originally from Los Angeles, he lived in Israel for nine years and practiced law in California and New Mexico for fifteen years before becoming clergy. He spent two years as a cantor in Des Moines, Iowa, and joined Temple Shalom in March, 2003. Rabbi Katzir is available to support the programs of Jewish students at Bates upon request.
Kathryn Davis
Kathryn Davis is a Christian Science healer. Before coming into the practice of Christian Science, Kathryn worked in the healing arts of Ayurvedic Medicine, meditation, and various forms of massage therapy. She received a Masters of Divinity degree from Harvard Divinity School where the focus of her studies was religion and healing with an emphasis on Christian and Hindu practices in the United States and India. Kathryn lives in Auburn with her husband Wesley and their daughter Isabella Rose.
