Password Change Process

Notification will be sent via e-mail to each Bates community member with a network account starting one month from the anniversary from when they changed their network password. Accomplishing this password change  process is done by logging into Password Manager from the hotlist menu of the Bates homepage. Instructions are online once you login with your username and current password.

If you have forgotten your password and need a Sponsored Password reset, please visit Help Desk Services, 1st floor of Ladd Library. Please bring your Bates ID card with you.
