Q: Thanks for this virtual service! I am wondering When will you updates and hope it will be soon!
A: A student is in charge of updating the web for Dining Services as sometimes it does not happen quite as quickly given what busy lives you
students have. Thanks for writing
Q: I never have tried wheat pasta before today, but it is now my new favorite pasta! It tastes much better than the other stuff. Thanks guys!!!
A: Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for writing
Q: The Dining Service and food at Commons is awesome! Thanks!
A: Thanks for you kind words. Thanks for writing
October 29, 2007
Q: I truly enjoyed the wheat pilaf this evening.
A: Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for writing
Q: I appreciate all of the vegetarian options that you offer. Is meatless bacon a possibility?
A: I have yet to find a mock bacon that is a quality product. We will keep looking. Thanks for writing
October 26, 2007
Q: Could Commons offer grilled peanut butter, banana, and honey sandwiches? I think it was Elvis' favorite and I've always wanted to try it.
A: Sorry, this is not going to happen. Thanks for writing
Q: I have a question about the bacon bits on the salad bar. Are they vegetarian or meat based? Thanks
A: They are a vegetarian product made from a soy base. Thanks for writing
October 25, 2007
Q: I don't remember seeing quinoa offered? Do you ever offer this grain? It is high in protein with balanced essential amino acids.
A: We have in the past, but it was not accepted well. We can try again. Thanks for writing
Q: it would be great if the collage had a greenhouse which grew fresh fruits and vegetables. It seems like in the long run there would be a substantial savings to the college.
A: It is my understanding this idea is in the works. Thanks for writing
Q: I am just wondering why the online menu cited for today states that there are three main courses for lunch and I don't see any vegetarian option for the main course. I realize that there are other options on the salad bar ect. but I am just wondering about the main courses. Thanks so much for listening!
A: You are right, there should be a vegetarian option on the main line at lunch today and there is not. This will be corrected. Thanks for writing
Q: I LOVE the vegan desserts-- the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, the vegan apple crumble, but I wish you would offer them more frequently--could we have them offered at least once a day, either at lunch or dinner? They are the only desserts I can eat and I know a lot of non-vegans who love them too so I think there would be a good cross-over. Once, sometimes twice a week is definitely not enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. Thank you
A: Sure can do. Thanks for writing
October 24, 2007
Q: I was wondering if it is possible to have onions at both salad bars everynight or more often than now? Thanks.
A: We would be more than happy to make sure that they get on one on a more consistent basis. Thanks for writing
Q: Now that the hot chocolate machine is broken, maybe we can have chai in commons. Being a poor college student, I really cannot afford to buy it at The Den every day.
A: Sorry, but we will be fixing the Hot Chocolate machine so no Chai. Thanks for writing
Q: Reese's peanut butter cereal is a great addition to the cereal line-up, but whatever happend to Cookie Crisp cereal?
A: Nothing happened to the cookie crip. Thanks for writing
Q: Are pumpkin muffins really popular or do you make them in smaller batches? By the time I get to breakfast, they are always gone. Also, since its pumpkin season, can you make some more pumpkin dishes/desserts? Thanks!
A: We4 will up the quantity made and we make many pumpkin desserts on a regular basis. Thanks for writing
Q: Is the new commons going to heat its hot water with solar panels like the old one?
A: The solar panels on the present building are not being used and to my knowledge have not been for over ten years. Someone has miss informed you. The new facility will not have solar panels as the pay back vs cost was too long. Solar panels are a wonderful idea, but best utilized in warmer climate with longer periods of daylight and more temperate weather. Thanks for writing
Q: Could you tell me the square footage difference in seating between the old and new commons?
A: Off the top of my head I do not know the square footage difference in the seating area alone, but the number of seats will increase from 600 ish to 950. Thanks for writing
October 22, 2007
Q: I have a question about your vodka sauce. Is real vodka used or is alcohol free?
A: There is real vodka in it. Thanks for writing
Q: I wish that you would offer whole wheat or whole grain pizza. Grocery stores are now offering them so they are a popular item.
A: We will be very soon. We tested a crust last week and hope to have it on the menu in the next couple of week. Thanks for writing
Q: Is it possible to list the fruit avalable for each day online? Thank you for your time and efforts!
A: This is not really feasible. The fruit we serve on a daily basis is dependent on what is available. Thanks for writing
Q: I loved the creamy onion soup tonight, and the wheat rotini. Please serve both more often!
A: Glad you do. Thanks for writing
Q: The cream of onion soup was great. Could you please give the nutritional information for it please?
A: Can you tell me what specific information you are looking for? Caloric content???
Q: I love peas! Can they be served more often? (and without the pearl onions, please)
A: Can do.
Q: There is one member of the Commons staff that makes me very uncomfortable. He's a skinny man that never talks to men, but is always very certain to say "Hi" to every girl that approaches the tray return. While this seems alright, I find that he really goes out of his way to invade a girl's personal space, and I find his attentions rather aggressive. This makes me very uncomfortable to the point that I hate returning my tray. Is there a way that this man can be told that his actions are unacceptable?
A: First and foremost thank you for bring your feeling to my attention. Without speaking with you in person- which I would be more than happy to do- I think I know the individual you are describing and he is one of our special needs individuals. I will have a conversation with him this afternoon and make sure he clearly understands he is not to work the tray window- especially given that this area is not part of his work environment presently. I can tell you that he means no harm, but has had a very tough life and as you might expect some of his issues come from negative interactions he has had with men. I would very much like to speak with you in person, but also know that you might feel uncomfortable . If you would like to speak with me, please do not hesitate to send me an e-mail.
Q: Sometimes the menu says the "Upstairs Grill," could you tell me where this is?
A: That would be the grill at the end of the serving line where they prepare the omelets.
October 20, 2007
Q: Are you going to offer treats to student Trick or Treaters this year? Thank you
A: Depends........
Q: I would love to have a vegetarian corndog sometime. Will you offer those?
A: At present this is a hard item to find, but certinally not out of the question. Thanks for writing
Q: I see that you have updated. Mabye my message got lost. I asked about the egg beater egg salad. I s it possible to offer it? Here is a sample recipe:Thank you. http://www.eggbeaters.com/recipes/recipe.jsp?recipeId=100727
A: You are correct that I did not get your e-mail. We can give this a try. We will need to test it and create a recipe before offering. Thanks for writing
Q: Hi! I was wondering if it would be possible to get some freshly squeezed unsweetened juices in Commons? Having Dining Services actually squeeze the juice would be very time consuming but I've seen a machine that you just need to throw oranges into (no need to slice or cut in half or anything) that squeezes oranges and collects the juice in a little vat with a tap and then all you have to do is open up the tap to fill your glass with orange juice. I found a link to one that you can check out: http://www.acitydiscount.com/Orange-Juicer-Santos-Commercial-Automatic-32.0.15181.1.1.htm?PPCID=8&link=13050804 Maybe this is expensive, but I'm sure you could find something cheaper if you like the idea. Please let me know! Everything else is awesome! I love Bates Dining :)
A: I have looked into these machines many times and there are two issued. The first is that there is not one on the market , presently, that has proved to be durable enough for the amount of wear we would be putting it and the second is the amount of waste. We will continue to look at this type service and I feel confident, like with everything else, the industry will come up with design that answerers my concerns. Thanks for writing
Q: Is the fresh apple cider sweetened or unsweetened?
A: Unsweetened.
October 18, 2007
Q: I really liked the mashed winter squash the other day. It was nice to just appreciate the squash flavor for a change instead of sesame or raspberry, and it stayed warm and moist unlike what happens when you bake it. Please keep it coming!
A: We will be sure and include the mashed winter squash option more often
in the recipe cycle.
Q: Excuse me but the response to the question about opening the vegetarian hotdogs was legitimate. I too have had difficulty opening them when I visited. If I was opening them at home i would need a knife or scissors as weel. How could this comment be construed as rude. I have seen several outright rude comments on this board without be chastized by the responder. Asking to have a package Opened is not an insult but a request which can help the students who have a difficult time opening the packages
A: I do apologize , upon reading my response again perhaps I was too hard. In my defense this request came in amongst a group of very inappropriate requests and I read this one at the same time.
Q: I see the board has been updated but my message is not there. It was regarding The online Napkin Board versus the one in Commons. Sense the school has a green philosophy, wouldn't it be ecologically sound to just have students write comments on the virtual board or at least have a campaign that encourages the use of the virtual board more often. It could save some trees. Thank you
A: This is a good comment, but one that seek to compare the value of a tradition that has been part of Dining Services and campus life for more years that I can recall against that the convenience/ greenness of paperless requests. This is a hard one for me. I will say in defense of tradition, we recently changed to a new napkin and dispenser that has decreased use by 1/3.
October 16, 2007
Q: You haven't updated for a couple weeks. Are the messages getting deleted or has it just not been possible to answer them yet?
A: Good question. This should be happening daily. Thanks for letting me know, I will check into this. Thanks for writing
Q: Is it possible to serve more than just two vegetable selections every day, or at least vary the type of vegetables offered on any given day? Why not offer some sort of root veggies, some leafy green veggies, and some other types (like squash, tomatoes, or onions, etc) simultaneously?
A: We moved from one hot vegetable a day to two several years ago. In terms of selection this is something we struggle with as well. There are a lot of factors that play into what we are able to serve. Will it hold well on a steam table, what is available, what is the acceptability level of that item and what else is on the menu not only in terms of a compliment but in terms of what equipment is being used - this impact what is available to cook the vegetable and what vegetable we pick. We vary the hot vegetables lunch and dinner so there are four hot options in any given day. We will take another look at the vegetable cycle and see if there is anything we can tweak. Thanks for writing
Q: The sesame nuggets were divine!
A: Glad you enjoy them. Thanks for writing
Q: There was no frozen yogurt tonight. Tear, tear.
A: Sorry about this. It will be corrected today. Thanks for writing
Q: All the right stuff has not been in the container for a while now. Maybe you should fill two of the cereal containers with them so you don't run out so much.
A: The problem is not with having the cereal available in the dining room, the problem is with getting the cereal in. Our distributor has been out of this particular item for several weeks and is working diligently to get it in. We hope to have the issue resolved soon. Thanks for writing
October 15, 2007
Q: Is the hummus all natural or does it contain preservatives?
A: All natural. We make it in hours. Thanks for writing
Q: There's so much excitement going around about the new commons. I don't know of many students who aren't just overjoyed by the thought of having a new facility. But, so many of us have missed out on all the opportunities to have a tour. Will more tours be offered between now (October 14) and the opening?
A: Yes, we will be scheduling more tours. Thanks for writing
Q: I loved the apple and cinnamon frummus I found in the vegan cooler! I've never had any before. Please keep this and any other frummus flavors you know of in the vegan cooler more often!
A: Glad you enjoyed it,.
Q: Can we have a greater variety of low-fat yogurts, as well as strawberry-raspberry "2 a day" yogurts? Thanks
A: We are presently getting what is available through our distributor. Thanks for writing
Q: Could blue cheese crumbles be added to the salad bar rotation more frequently, please? Thanks for the consideration!
A: Sure can. Thanks for writing
October 12, 2007
Q: Sushi night was amazing. I would rate it as one of the best “adventures†of my Bates career. Any way we could have it more often?
A: Thanks and you will be seeing it again in the very near future. Thanks for writing
Q: 1) What is the situation with the plain bagels? 2) When is the new commons expected to open? 3) we should have owens pasta more often, it is good. 4) I like marsha's pasta, and I am glad we have had it so often this year, but the pasta in it is often overcooked and falling apart.
A: 1) Not sure what you are asking about the plain bagels. The Spelt bagel is the plain bagel 2) New Commons is expected to open in Feb of next year. First board plan meal is slated for Sunday night you return from Feb break 3) Can do 4) I will take a look into the pasta issue. Thanks for writing
Q: I think that you should have sauces available for the tofu slices. The almond crusted tofu is dry and flavorless; yet when you do put tofu in a sauce, the dish is usually mostly sauce and has only small bits of tofu.
A: I will pass your suggestions on the to menu committee. Thanks for writing
October 11, 2007
Q: Can we have some pears again? Thanks!
A: Sure can.
Q: The BBQ seitan with vegetables and the black bean cakes with sweet potato sauce on the vegan bar tonight were excellent! Please serve this more often.
A: Glad you enjoyed it.
Q: I think it'd be great if you offered carmelized onions at the omelet station.
A: Let me see what I can do.
October 10, 2007
Q: sugar free apple pie was amazing! are the apples just naturally sweet or do you add splenda or something? either way, it was very good.
A: Glad you like it. We do not add another sweetener, just what is naturally in the apples. Thanks for writing
October 9, 2007
Q: More mac and cheese please! Love, A hungry Commons fan
A: Right on. Thanks for writing
Q: Bowtie chicken pasta was AMAZING last year, but I haven't yet seen it this year. Is it still in rotation??? I hope so. It was one of my favorite meals.
A: Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for writing
Q: Could you open the packages of veg. hot dogs in the vegan cooler since I am inept at opening them. I think it would take a sharp knife or scissors.
A: It is clear that you do not understand the intent of the napkin board the time it takes to respond. This is a tool Dining Services provides for meaningful feed back not sarcastic comments which clearly show a lack or respect for what we do on a daily basis.
Q: you should make Grilled Portobello Sandwiches.
A: We will take this under consideration. Thanks for writing
Q: The was no all the right stuff today. Also all the flavored hummus like garlic was nowhere to be found.
A: As I indicated in a previous napkin message, our vendor has been out of all the right stuff and we hope to get it soon. As for the flavored hummus I checked the cooler myself and easily found it.
Q: There have been a lot of repeats with the recipies this year already. Why don't you guys try out some new ones? The library must have some cookbooks or you could use the internet.
A: I find this message not only offensive , but demeaning. Clearly you do not have full understanding of all the items that are available on a daily basis and to think that recipes would not be repeated is naive at best. I would wager that at home every time you are served a meal a new recipe is not used. I would be more than happy to discuss our menu protocol with you, but since you did not include your e-mail I have not way of contacting you. Should you like to meet please do not hesitate to contact me.
Q: If you can statistically prove, with 95% certainty, that more than 10% of students are satisfied with the appalling frequency at which you serve haddock, i will beat a live haddock to death and give you twenty dollars.
A: Which is it, eat the haddock of give me $20 bucks? If what you are trying to ask for here is that we look at widening our selection of fish, you would get a better reaction if you asked just that. As a matter of fact haddock is a very popular fish and one that we added to the menu more often last year because students specifically asked for it. Haddock happens to be one of the few fish that we can get fresh locally.Let me ask you a question, why is it that you needed to phrase your request this way? Our goal is to provide a balanced diet with as much variety as we can to meet the needs of as many diners as we can taking into account that we serve 4,000 meals a day. We try to be as responsive to requests- hence the addition of haddock last year- but we are also aware that tastes change year to year that is why we solicit comments. Keep in mind that it is neither helpful or productive for these comments, as they have in many cases this year, to come in a sarcastic negative condescending form.
October 8, 2007
Q: Once again, Sunday's online menu was wrong and showed last week's menu instead, *sigh*
A: Right you are. The individual who updates the on-line menu did not have the most recent updates, I have forwarded them and hopefully we will be back on track later today. Thanks for writing
Q: Upon reading the Sep. post that requests a blender in the dining area. The response was that the facility could not use all of that electricity. Well, how about in the new facility?
A: At this point there are not plans for having blenders available on a regular basis in the new facility. Thanks for writing
Q: Do you know the calorie content of the muffins you serve? If so, what is it?
A: Which muffin/ muffins are you interested in knowing about? Thanks for writing
Q: Please stop running out of lactaid milk! Some of us need it!
A: We actually were not out of lactaid , even through there was none in the cooler in th dining room. Quite often individual will take the whole carton to the table and if three or four individuals do this there leave none in the cooler. In the future don't hesitate to ask a Commons worker if there is more. They will be more than happy to get you some. Thanks for writing
Q: This Sunday's sundae bar was great. This should be offered EVERY SUNDAY!
A: Glad you liked it, thing is if we served it every Sunday would you like it as much ? Absence makes the heart grow fonder. Thanks for writing
Q: What flavors of tofu do you use? Can you offer a flavored type such as Garlic and Onion and Chinese Spice which are offered by Nasoya? Thank you.
A: No we will not be offering this brand of tofu. We do offer flavored tofu which we flavor ourselves. Thanks for writing
Q: I looked at an old post that stated apple juice is 100 % juice but grape juice is not. Is that still the case? What types of juice are and are not currently 100 %.100% juice for all of the flavors especially a basic one like grape is essential for people who don't want added sugar.
A: As stated before, our juices are made from 100% real juice concentrate. Thanks for writing
Q: Is it possible to have a vegan spinach dip? Thank you for your time. Your facility is
outstanding.
A: Let me see what we can do. Perhaps we can use silken tofu instead of sour cream. Thanks for writing
Q: You as previously indicated that fresh berries are offered in season. How about offering frozen berries?
A: Frozen berries are very messy and hard to handle. Given this we will not be putting them out. Thanks for writing
Q: Will whole wheat products be served daily at the new Commons?
A: There are many whole wheat products already being served. If you would like I would be more than happy to meet with you and walk you through the options.
Q: I'm confused. What time Sunday brunch end? I wanted some hot food but by 1:45pm everything was cleared except the deli bar and I thought it usually ends by 2pm. Please leave it until 2!
A: Sunday brunch ,a s it always has, closed at 1:30p with the deli bar staying open 2:00p.
Q: Since you currently offer peanut butter but not peanuts, can you offer more types of peanut butter. The Peanut Butter Co. offers many awesome brands such as the spicy "the heat is on", "White Chocolate Wonderful"#1!, and "Cinnamon Raisin Swirl",and "Dark Chocolate Dreams"which tastes like you're crunching on sugar! Can you please get these items!
A: Given the fact that you Bates students are know for their innovation, I'm sure you can come up with many peanut butter combinations using the items that are already available in Commons. We will not be offering gourmet peanut butter flavors. Thanks for writing
Q: Hi, any chance that we can have a new flavor of fro yo? Maybe some banana or butter pecan or cookies n' creme? JUST ANYTHING, I'll bet this will make many Batesie's dream come true.
A: Let me see what we can do?
Q: Can you please detail some of the expanded options that will be offered at the new Commons including vegetarian choices?
A: Yes we will be extending ore to include more vegetarian and vegan options. Thanks for writing
Q: Will organic foods ever be offered? Routinely?
A: Or mission has always been to offer the freshest products purchased as locally as possible. The term " organic" can be very misleading. Most of the local farmers we purchase from follow organic growing practices, and always have, but have chosen not to spend the money/time being certified- they do not see the need. So long answer short, we offer products that are grown using organic methods daily. Thanks for writing
Q: I as well as so many others appreciate the large selection of cereals that Bates provides but due to the size increase of the new dining facility, will there be an expanded selection of cereal there? Thanks for your time and efforts!
A: No, there is not plan to expand out already enormous cereal offerings. Thanks for writing
Q: Baked beans every day please or at the very least if that is outright impossible at least regularly please. A crockpot of them seems logical and workable in the salad bar area. Thanks for listening.
A: There are always beans available. There are beans on the salad bar every day and on the vegan bar more often than not. We will not be adding baked beans as a regular offering. Thanks for writing
Q: Are your delicious muffins whole grain? If not, can you please provide a selection of them are are whole grain very soon please. Thanks very much!
A: Some are and some are not. Thanks for writing
Q: When the new Commons opens, will there be expanded hrs. of service and if so what will they be? Specifically At night, for example, will the full supper menu continue until close or will just certain options be available?
A: Yes there hours will be expanded.
Q: Could you place pot holders near the microwave and toaster oven and a spatula for the toaster oven so that we could prevent burning ourselves? I always fear getting burned as the food gets so hot. Thanks.
A: We have in the past had pot holders out, but they seem to keep growing
"feet" . We will put more out. Thanks for writing
Q: Why are the sweet potatoes never smashed? It would eliminate the dryness from baking the sweet potato wedges and it would be easier to apply butter to them if students wanted to. And, I simply think that sweet potatoes taste better smashed (or mashed.) Thanks
A: Some people liked them mashed and others do not, I guess you are one of the ones who do. If you have some patience, there will be mashed on the menu soon. Thanks for writing
Q: Ah, once again, the stuff that fills the "All the right stuff" container had no stuff.
A: That is because we can;t get the stuff. We have been shorted this item from our vendor and hope to have it in later this week. Thanks for writing
Q: Why have we only had whole wheat pasta once this year? Why even bother to give us such false hope? One can only live on so many potato wedges and pieces of whole wheat toast until one feels a severe carbohydrate deficiency.
A: Sorry to hear of your situation, but as I told you earlier it will not be served regularly till next week. It takes some time for us to get the product in and make the menu changes. Thanks for writing
Q: How can you condone having spinach fettucine practically every day, which I had never heard of before in my life until I came to this college, without ever having whole wheat pasta? Surely more students eat whole wheat pasta over suspicious spinach products?
A: Sorry you have never heard of spinach fettuccine, but it is quite popular- and no it is not served every day. .As for the whole wheat pasta, if you had been keeping up with the napkin board yo would know that we are adding it to the menu just for individuals like yourself who appreciate it. Thanks for writing
Q: Will there be cable tv at the new commons?
A: No there will not.
October 4, 2007
Q: What happened to the golden delicious apples? And the pears? Can we maybe have Gala apples because they taste the best. I'm really bored with the apple variety at Commons. Thanks.
A: We have golden delicious, I think what you are referring to is the ginger golden- a local apple- which we can no longer get them. We bring in what is available. Thanks for writing
October 3, 2007
Q: Do you have any idea as to when it will be possible for whole wheat/whole grain pasta and breads to be offered on a daily basis? Thank you
A: At this point it will be offered four out of seven day as part of the regular rotation starting starting in about a week or so. Thanks for writing
Q: Is there any chance of offering Quorn vegetarian chicken-like products which are made from mycroprotein?
A: We can look into this, but at this time we will not be offering this product line. Thanks for writing
Q: Could you please explain to us what the veggie "meatloaf" at the vegan bar is. Thanks!
A: It is actually a vegan meatloaf. If you send me your e-mail address I would be more than happy to send you a copy of the recipe. Thanks for writing
Q: Is it possible to get some meatless(mock) "fish" products perhaps to put in the vegan cooler and even added to the reg menu.Momo's Veggie Kitchen has great vegetarian seafood products such as the Seafarer's Veggie Fillet and Mo' Rainbow Delight. Unfortunately, the vegetarian hamburgers and chicken do not taste as authentic but the meatless fish products are excellent.
A: We have looked at this product and at this time do not have a source from which we can easily get the product.
Q: I see that the Napkin Board responses have updated and mine is not there so I am resubmitting in case you did not receive the first one. First off, I would like to state appreciation for all the hard word and overall helpful and friendly service from the dining team.I ate at the dining hall for parents weekend on Sat and Sun. and was astounded at all of the variety and quality food. The only gripe that I can give is that the rice was dry perhaps slightly undercooked and the vegetarian beans were undercooked. On a non-griping note, the vegetarian potpies were outstanding-the lentil was reminiscent of tourtiere. My son is among one of the students who would very much appreciate having hot beans offered as a daily menu item.Thank you for listening.
A: You are correct in your guess that I did not receive your submission.thanks for taking the time to send it again. First I thank you for bring to my attention the deficiencies you found in the rice and beans we offered on Sunday, I will be following up on these two items. As you may or may not know, we serve 4000 student meals daily in a facility that was build and designed to feed 500. Given this we have to make decisions about what items and when they are served taking into account all the differing eating styles and needs of our student body. If it is beans that your students is looking for, on most nights a bean items is served on the vegan bar and they are always on the salad bar- can be heated in the microwave. Thanks for taking the time to write.
Q: The carmilized onion and blue cheese pizza a few weeks ago was INCREDIBLE!!! Where did it go???
A: It will be back. Thanks for writing
October 2, 2007
Q: There are probably dozens of complaints about the online menu by now, but please fix it! The Sunday menu especially is never updated.
A: As of today we think we have the glitches worked out with the on-line
system.
Q: There were no veggie burgers the last two days, the fruit trail mix has run out several times, and yesterday the hummus ran out!
A: The items you listed below are but just a few among many. Yesterday
morning I had a meeting with out prime vendor as there are many items we
are having trouble either getting or getting the quantity we need- trail
mix is among these. As for the Hummus this is an item we make in house
so there should never be an issue with its availability. I will check
into the situation.Thanks for writing
Q: Weekly we should have the real ice cream the stuff in tubs. The stuff on the sunday bar to make Sundaes.
A: We can make it available more often. Thanks for writing
Q: Whole wheat offerings everyday please!
A: Working on it. Thanks for writing.
Q: Thanks for serving the whole wheat pasta today. I almost missed it at the end there , but as I was walking around I saw it and it made me quite happy!
A: You are welcome. See, we really do listen..
Q: Surely the angels sing, for God has moved heaven and earth to provide us with whole wheat pasta. Hallelujah!
A: Glad you enjoyed. Thanks for writing.
Q: I had some whole wheat pasta at lunch today and it made me quite happy. Keep it coming!
A: Glad you enjoyed. Thanks for writing.
Q: Could you offer a wider variety of meatless "meats" products in the cooler, maybe the sesame nuggets.
A: We most certainly can. Thanks for writing.
Q: In the new building will it be possbile to offer more flavors of ice cream and frozen yogurt?
A: We will be looking at ways in which we can enhance our offerings in the
new facility and we will certainly be looking at this area as well. Thanks for writing
October 1, 2007
Q: Cous Cous with Mushroom and Pinenuts was delicious! Please keep on making different cous cous because they are sooo good. I also liked another Commons cous cous, it had chickpeas and parsley with a soft and mushy texture, but you don't seem to make it anymore, oh well.
A: Thanks, glad you enjoyed it.
