Carmita is one of two members of the Dean's Staff that will also split her time with the Admissions Office.  Both Carmita and Marylyn Scott will hold this position, which will offer them the opportunity to alternate years between Admissions and the Dean of Students Office.  The Associate Dean for Admissions and Student Transition will work to help recruit students, and then work with them during the first year at Bates to help them to be successful Bates students.
