Tony Dapolito Recreation Center & James J. Walker Park
(3 Clarkson Street in Greenwich Village on the northwest corner of where Varick meets 7th Avenue South)

Join us as we work to improve the Tony Dapolito Recreation Center & James J. Walker Park.  This event is in cooperation with the New York Junior League’s Playground Improvement Project and we will collaborate with the NYC Department of Park and Recreation, corporate and community volunteers, and neighborhood citizens and children.
Children 8th Grade or higher are welcome to attend (with a parent) along with our adult volunteers.

Public Transportation: #1 Train to Houston Street.  A, C, E, B, D, F, V Trains to West 4th Street. M20 or M21 Bus.
What to Wear: Volunteers will be working with soil and oil based paints.  Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy, sensible shoes, and dress in layers.
