Dear Colleagues: On behalf of The New England Campus Security Officer Training Academy (NECSOTA) team, it is my distinct pleasure to announce the Academy Class of 2010. For the thirteenth consecutive year, we will be offering our outstanding experience in training leaders in the field of campus security. The Academy this year will take place June 21-26, 2010, and will be hosted by Bates College in Lewiston, Maine. Over the past twelve years, NECSOTA has established itself as the finest in its field. From its inaugural year in 1998, it is a fully developed modern training entity widely praised for its professionalism and exceptional quality of instruction. NECSOTA's philosophy and standards have set us apart from all other campus security training organizations. All of our graduates, whether new officers or experienced veterans, have walked away with newly found knowledge and skills, as well as a new satisfaction in their jobs. The Academy's curriculum is constantly being reviewed and updated to reflect the latest developments in the field of campus security, and we are thus able to offer high quality instruction and up-to-date courses dealing with current situations for the benefit of our students. The deadline for registration is May 13, 2010. We encourage you to apply early, as we anticipate the class to fill quickly. We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Bates College campus. Sincerely, Paul Menice Academy Director For more information contact Paul Menice at pmenice@bates.edu |
